Vinification of Quinta dos Abibes Arinto & Baga Reserve Brut Sparkling Wine: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. From the Baga grape variety, only about 40% of the grape yield was used. Sparkling process by the classical method.
Aging: 18 months maturation in the cellar and 3 months after disgorgement.
