Nose with notes of canned pineapple, passion fruit, and mango from the Viognier grape. Hints of lime and Maria biscuit with a light smoky and ripe pineapple note.
Flavor
On the palate, it has a fresh and mineral attack characteristic of Alvarinho, full of spicy texture, yet always with the same varietal sensation felt on the nose, conveying elegance, balance, and length throughout the tasting, with a toasted and floral finish.

VITICULTURE: • Grapes harvested by hand into crates and kept cold in a refrigerated chamber. WINEMAKING: • Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press at low temperatures. • Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regular batonnage. • Part of the batch (20%) aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, enhancing the complexity of the blend.
