On an entry-level quality tier of wines from Real Companhia Velha, Evel has maintained a solid reputation for many years. Evel wine is produced from vineyards located in the famous Quinta do Casal da Granja and Quinta do Cidrô, situated in the municipalities of Alijó and S. João da Pesqueira, respectively. Vinification of Evel White Wine: The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
