In order to create a wine from the emblematic Quinta do Carmo, which could be consumed young, with a more fruity profile and without wood influence, we found the ideal vineyard called Dom Martinho. Thus, the same name was given to the wine. Quinta do Carmo tells stories since the 17th century when King João IV ordered the construction of the Quinta for a lady of his court. Stage: 12 months in stainless steel vats.
