For this fourth edition of the multi-vintage blend, Olivier Paultes chose 1982 for its Rancio style with oxidative notes of dried fruit and nuts (nuts, hazelnuts), spices, wood and wax; 1983 with its fruity character which, despite its age, is fleshy and fleshy; and finally 1985, which creates elegance and finesse, harmonizing and accentuating the 1982 and 1983 vintages.
