Surrounding. A fresh and fruity first nose, freshly made fruit juice, a cornucopia of white fruits, notes of peach and juicy grapes. It progressively opens into fine notes of pastry and biscuits. It's a totally Italian genus, like a panettone with raisins. Malt notes are distinguished by giving way to citrus aromas (clementine), a touch of oak and rustic notes (verbee, chamomile)

Coffee, licorice, toasted oak, coffee grounds, a slow-burning cigar. Its reach is surprisingly, putting itself on the border with the excessive. Vigorous, assertive and uncompromising. Peat is indescribable and finds ways to assert itself almost like a whisper. The end of the mouth is completely licorice canisours. Refined bitterness quickly gives way to medicinal aromas: camphor, eucalyptus, ending in soft notes of barley malt
