Vinification of Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Red Wine: the finest grapes grown in our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were handpicked, and after rigorous selection and destemming, they macerated for 10 days in a lagar with pneumatic treading. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification
