The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
Vinification Process: Total desteaming, gentle pressing, natural static decantation, controlled fermentation at 16ºC, second fermentation in bottle (Classical method) and degorgement a la volé
