The grapes for this wine are primarily sourced from Vale de Mendiz valley in the heart of the Cima Corgo. Vinification was in the old fashioned way. The grapes were foot trodden and fermented in Lagares, followed by ageing in our cool cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia in large old wooden vats.
