Vinification of Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Red Wine 2013: Alicante Bouschet grapes were harvested into 20 kg boxes and immediately vinified. Without de-stemming, fermentation took place in presses with foot treading. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to casks nº3 and nº4. Estágio: Estágio ocorreu durante 36 meses nos tonéis nº 3 e nº 4 tendo a sua evolução sido avaliada regularmente em prova por forma a confirmar o seu engarrafamento como Tonel Nº 3-4.
