Vinification of the Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho 2022: After manual harvesting and transportation to the winery in small crates (18kg-20kg), the clusters were destemmed, and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, followed by a gentle pressing and 48-hour decantation. It fermented at a controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
