Plot 29 of Quinta Nova planted with the Touriga Nacional variety, comprising 3300 feet and a slope of 20, is located at an altitude between 170 and 205 meters. It represents a unique specimen and is a fundamental piece in the history of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo in its maximum expression of terroir. A true reference in the Douro that, together with the centenary vine (Plot 21), results in a wine with a very elegant profile, almost feminine, contrasting with an intense structure of juicy tannins of enormous precision. The high gravity schist texture, the sapling profile and the purple color reflect the nature of the Touriga Nacional variety.
Production: 3900 bottles.
