Vinification of the 2022 Conde D Ervideira Reserve White Wine: The grapes are de-stemmed and sent to “vinimatics”, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12oC. Then they are pressed and sent to the cold room, where they ferment at a temperature between 13º and 15ºC.
Aging: 6 months of new Hungarian oak barrels.
