The vinification of different grape varieties occurs separately, and the blend is made later. The grapes are mechanically harvested during the night, and after 3 days of pre-fermentative maceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC. The pomace is pressed in a hydraulic press, and malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, where it ages for 10 months.
