The Hibernus Grande Cuvée Vintage Brut Nature sparkling wine was prepared according to the classic method, with refermentation in the bottle, just like the great sparkling wines in the world. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which resulted in a very distinct product. Its minimum stage on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines.
