Vinification of Herdade das Servas Reserva Tinto 2017 Wine: The grapes are selected on the sorting table, destemmed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in a lagar and stainless steel tank with temperature control.
Aging: After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in barrels of 1st and 2nd year French and American oak. After bottling, it rested in the bottle for 10 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine was not stabilized, so it may naturally create sediment.
