Vinification of the Bairrada Wine Filipa Pato Nossa Red Wine 2021: From the beginning, from the vine to the bottle, the philosophy has been to create a wine that respects the expression of the berry without make-up, without artifice. Rests for 18 months in 500 liter French oak barrels, 80% used and 20% new.
2500 bottles and 110 magnums were bottled in 2011. All of them are manually sealed with natural wax to ensure good aging in the cellar.
