Vinification of Beyra Sauvignon Blanc Wine: Grapes harvested by hand, received with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging with lees stirring – ‘batonnage’ for 15 days, followed by bottle aging for 5 months.
