Vinification of the Alabastro Reserve Red Wine 2018: the vinification of the Alabastro Reserva wine is carried out in the new and modern winery at Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz. A traditional vinification is used where the varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with short post-fermentation macerations, to preserve the fruity aromas.
Stage: Stainless steel vats. The final blend ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
