Vinification of Wine Arrepiado Velho Tradition Red 2020: manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, very lightly destemmed and the berry cracked. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. ”Cuvaison” of 21 days. Aging: 18 months aging in new French oak barrels.
